The brief

After running campaigns on Google Ads for several years, Living Space were looking for a new paid media agency to take over their account and further improve return on investment. After an initial discussion to establish key objectives, Distinctly were tasked with increasing interior design consultations and phone calls, as well as reducing cost per acquisition.

What we delivered

At first, the campaigns were restructured to improve quality scores and to refocus the daily budget towards the top-performing areas historically. Once efficiency was improved, the targeting was expanded to test advertising in particularly affluent locations and to audiences who were categorised by Google as luxury shoppers. To date, conversions have increased by 296% without the need for additional monthly media spend, and therefore cost per acquisition has also decreased by 74%

What the client thought…

“Distinctly have greatly improved the efficiency of our Google campaigns through granular optimisation and strategic planning. They have subsequently become a trusted partner in our efforts to grow Living Space’s online presence”.
