Wildgoose is an award-winning provider of team building activities across the UK and US, with events designed to keep employees motivated, inspired and connected.

The brief

With the market changing rapidly due to COVID-19, Wildgoose wanted to expand its unique location centred activities to a new remote-based audience. Distinctly were therefore tasked with redeveloping all digital campaigns to focus on generating enquiries for online/virtual team building in the UK.

What we delivered

Search based adverts targeted at remote team building keywords were launched across Google and Microsoft Ads in April and frequent A/B testing was carried out over the following few weeks on advert copy and landing pages. This was done to factor in rapidly evolving user behaviour, such as where people search from, at what times and using what devices. After three months of optimisation, leads increased by 71% without an increase in spend, and conversion rate improved by 54%.

What the client thought…

“Rob and his team have been amazing throughout this uncertain period. They adapted quickly to our changing strategy and enabled us to quickly turnaround a range of brand new paid media campaigns targeted towards a more virtual/remote product offering. Their in-depth experience has allowed us to refine our campaigns and generate a record-breaking number of leads over the past few months.”
