This 100% new business role, working closely with the Managing Director and Commercial Manager, is to drive forward growth and revenue. It will suit a self-starter, someone who has an ability to identify prospective clients, secure the business and deliver back a solid brief to the onboarding team. Ownership is critical in this role – you have the chance to really make it your own with your own strategy, delivering back data to the business and forecasting a sales pipeline to demonstrate organic growth. Ultimately this is your opportunity to become a Sales Director.

Being smart casual in look and approach to business, you will have digital and technology within your DNA and have an in-depth knowledge of pay per click advertising. You will be:

  • Self-motivated, driven and articulate with a desire for continual success.
  • Experienced in face-to-face sales, with the ability to effectively manage own time and schedule.
  • Excellent communicator who seeks to prove themselves in a rewarding sales environment.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience required:

  • IT or advertising related experience (however exceptional sales professionals who are very tech savvy outside of the industry will be considered)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, both internally and externally
  • Ability to work under pressure and numerically minded
  • Excellent relationship builder
  • Experience of using an in-house CRM
  • Excellent sales track record and ability to prove this at interview
  • Ability to organise own time effectively
  • Flexible to a continuously changing market
  • Proficient in all IT suites
  • Consistent winning attitude
