Management team promotions

Nurturing talent is central to the success of Distinctly. It’s always been a key focus and as our team expands, we’re creating more and more opportunities for the team to flourish and specialise.

Hiring graduates through our Distinctly Academy training programme has been pivotal to our recruitment success, but for the agency to continue to thrive, it’s important that this is balanced with a strong management team.

We’ve had a really strong start to the year and we’re delighted to share that three of our team have been promoted to ‘Manager’ in the past month.

Holly Barry has been promoted to Digital PR Manager – Holly joined Distinctly as a grad six years ago and she now manages a team of four strategists/executives and leads on outreach and creative strategy across the team.

Cameron Sykes joined the Distinctly team in 2020 as Senior SEO Strategist. He leads our on-page SEO pod, manages a team of five and leads on client strategy across a number of key accounts.

Lewis Koch joined our team as a grad back in 2016 and worked across all areas of SEO before specialising in tech SEO. He is our lead on website migrations and is also an Account Manager on a selection of high-profile clients.
