Flexible hours for all – core hours from 10am -3.30pm.
Choose when to work other hours to fit around your lifestyle.
Holidays
28 days of annual leave from your first day.
This increases to 31 days after three years service.

Company bonus scheme – quarterly bonus up to 10% linked to revenue targets.
Family leave
Enhanced pay for both maternity, paternity and adoption leave.
