Salary: £50k + commission + health insurance + 28 days holiday (plus bank holidays)
Based: Mandatory two days per week in our Old Street office
The role

The best clients tend to come from people who know us, trust us and believe we’re good at what we do. That’s why we’re looking for a Growth Manager who loves meeting people, building relationships and creating opportunities that help our agency grow.
You’ll develop partnerships, nurture prospects and raise Distinctly’s profile amongst the brands and people we most want to work with. This isn’t a hard sales role or a marketing role. Instead, we’re looking for somebody who is naturally curious, commercially aware and genuinely enjoys connecting with people.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you’ll have the freedom to shape the role and play a key part in the next phase of Distinctly’s growth.

We’re an independent digital marketing agency helping ambitious B2C brands grow.
Our core proposition is Organic – a blend of SEO, Digital PR, Content and increasingly GEO/AEO – helping brands become visible wherever people search, whether that’s Google, ChatGPT, Perplexity or social platforms.
We primarily work with ecommerce and B2C lead generation businesses – we don’t work with gambling, payday loans or tobacco brands.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Build and develop relationships with agency partners and industry contacts.
- Identify referral and partnership opportunities.
- Generate and nurture relationships with prospective clients.
- Support proposals and pitches for opportunities you’ve created.
- Represent Distinctly at events, conferences and within industry communities.
- Help increase awareness of Distinctly through networking and LinkedIn.
- Feed market insights and opportunities back into the leadership team.
- Identifying and supporting with outbound campaigns
- Scale growth opportunities across the agency
What We’re Looking For
You’ll have experience in a Growth, Partnerships, Business Development or Commercial role, ideally within a digital marketing agency.
You’ll Be
- Commercially minded and naturally curious.
- Comfortable building relationships with marketing leaders and relevant decision makers.
- Familiar with SEO, Digital PR, paid media and the evolving search landscape.
- Organised, self-motivated and happy working autonomously.
- A confident communicator who enjoys networking and representing a business externally.
- Motivated by impact and excited by the opportunity to help shape a growing agency.
