Content & Social Strategist

Salary: £35k – £42k + health insurance + 28 days holiday (plus bank holidays)

Based: Two days per week in our Old Street office (mandatory)

An opportunity for a creative, data-driven content and social professional to lead strategy across a varied B2C and B2B client portfolio. You’ll design and optimise integrated campaigns that drive engagement, community growth and measurable results across organic search and emerging AI search platforms.

As part of a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team, you’ll manage social strategy, content planning, campaign execution and reporting, blending creativity and insight to deliver outstanding client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement multi-platform social and content strategies aligned with KPIs and marketing goals.
  • Use audience, competitor and performance insights to identify growth opportunities.
  • Stay ahead of platform updates, trends and best practices.

Content Creation & Delivery

  • Write engaging copy and briefs; collaborate with designers and internal teams.
  • Oversee posting, testing and community management across multiple clients.
  • Use tools like Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite and native analytics to plan and schedule content.
  • Adapt voice and style to suit different sectors

Analysis & Reporting

  • Track and evaluate performance through analytics and listening tools.
  • Convert data into clear recommendations for client reporting and strategy refinement.
  • Present confident, insight-led updates to clients.

Client Management

  • Build strong client relationships and lead meetings.
  • Identify new opportunities to add value and expand accounts.
  • Manage expectations and timelines across projects.

Team Collaboration

  • Partner with SEO, paid media, design and account teams.
  • Share insights and support wider agency content needs.
  • Contribute to new business pitches and proposals.

About You

Essential

  • 2–3 years’ agency experience managing multi-brand social and content.
  • Proven record delivering measurable results through compelling strategies.
  • Excellent writing, storytelling and communication skills.
  • Organised, proactive multitasker with creative and analytical strengths.
  • Strong platform expertise (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, Reddit, YouTube).
  • Experience with Hootsuite (or equivalent), Meta Business Suite, Canva and Google Analytics.
  • Understanding of platform algorithms and optimisation techniques.
  • Collaborative approach in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Desirable

  • Client account management and influencer marketing experience.
  • Video strategy knowledge and understanding of paid/organic integration.
  • SEO familiarity and contribution to pitches or proposals.

Our office is based in Old Street, London, and we operate a flexible hybrid model – you’ll be required to attend the office two days per week.
