Jen joined Distinctly in 2021, as Operations and Culture Manager to support Liz and Tom in all operational aspects of the agency, as well as working with the wider team to maintain the strong company culture.
Jen has over 15 years of experience working within agencies. In her previous role, she worked as an account director, leading the media campaigns of a number of large scale brand response clients. Whilst having a great knowledge of the broad media landscape, her transferable skills of project management, multitasking, organisation, prioritisation and team management are invaluable for her role at Distinctly.
Her interest in working within agency operations grew as she took more of an active role in an agency ideas exchange committee and when she took on the role of co-chair for the Working Dependents Diversity and Inclusion Group across the entire network group OMG. These steps led her to the decision to fully devote her career path to operational and cultural issues.
