Heath Crawford is a family owned firm of insurance brokers and financial service providers based in Watford, Hertfordshire.

The Brief

To work collaboratively with Heath Crawford and their web development agency to build a strong online presence and deliver a website fully optimised for SEO.

What we delivered

After reviewing their entire digital marketing strategy, Heath Crawford sought our guidance in the initial stages of their website redesign.

This provided us with a unique opportunity to be involved in all aspects of the redevelopment, including advising on site map structure and identifying high value service landing pages.

We built the new website on solid SEO foundations and this bred confidence that visibility in the search engine results pages would continue to grow as we progressed with the campaign plan.

Being involved in SEO activity before the website redevelopment provided us with the opportunity to make search-based suggestions about the products and services Heath Crawford should promote on their website.

Policies which had significant search volumes – but were perhaps overlooked in the existing website redesign – were identified and their competitive advantage was leveraged by creating individual pages for those policies.

By balancing the popularity and competitiveness of the most-searched policies, we could advise on which policies would be most likely to rank in the search results. There was a significant number of opportunities and this led to the addition of a number of pages. The site map grew from 21 to over 100 pages.
