Tom Shurville – Director
Tom started Distinctly Digital in 2009 when he identified a gap in the market for a new and dynamic search marketing agency to provide SEO and other digital marketing services. Tom manages to combine technical savvy with creative flair and is adept at creating search marketing strategies that get results. Tom is customer focussed, a marketing visionary and has a genuine passion for search technologies.
Prior to founding Distinctly Digital, Tom worked for some of the UK’s biggest online retailers and for a large digital agency.

Liz Walker – Marketing Manager
Liz joined the team in 2011 and has helped to define and develop our campaigns and strategies to ensure they exceed customer expectation. She is involved in most areas of the business in particular marketing, communications, business development, campaign strategy and account management. Liz has a commercial focus, a resolute approach and a keen eye for detail.
Liz previously worked in various marketing and communications roles for a leading private security and risk management company in London.

Carolyn Hayes – New Business Manager
Carolyn joined the team in early 2013 and her main focus is to drive new business growth through building long-term relationships with our clients and potential clients.
Carolyn has worked for several leading marketing agencies throughout the UK including Big Communications and Fuse Digital.
Gary Lockton – Non-Executive Director
Gary has been at the forefront of the digital revolution for 20+ years and has experience across the sector in particular creative digital strategy. Currently Managing Director of Grandad Digital, Gary will focus on advising Distinctly Digital on business development, sales growth and general company strategy.
Industry body memberships/directorships include/have included the Design Council, Royal Society of Arts, Design Business Association and the General Council of NABS. In addition, Gary has addressed the Labour Party conference on the UK digital media industry and has been involved with multiple White Paper studies conducted by Department of Culture, Media & Sport, DTI and the British Council.
Gary has held senior posts at several leading London creative digital agencies including Deepend and Last Exit

Jerram Shurville – Non-Executive Director
Jerram has been a key advisor and sounding board since Distinctly Digital’s conception. He brings a wealth of industry experience and knowledge from his 30+ years running large, established marketing agencies. He is a specialist in advising start-ups and ensures that the key building blocks are in place for future growth and continued commercial success.
Jerram has previously held senior board positions with the Mission Marketing Group plc and Havas plc.

Florin Bejgu – Account Executive
Florin joined the team in early 2012. Florin works predominantly on SEO strategy and campaign management. His main activities include data analysis, market analysis and client performance reporting.

Norman Pongracz – Account Executive
Norman has recently joined the team and his main focus is off-site SEO. In particular, he is responsible for improving the off-site optimisation of our clients’ websites as well as assisting with a broad range of activities including data analysis and reporting.

Victoria Caruana – Administrative Assistant
Victoria is responsible for a host of administrative tasks at Distinctly Digital and ensures that the office operates like clockwork.
